What You'll Do

• Support anesthesia care in a Level III tertiary hospital under a supervised model
• Provide anesthesia services for patients aged 12 and up
• Assist with specialized procedures; note: CRNAs do not perform blocks, epidurals, or spinals
• Cover scheduled shifts with some evening and weekend involvement possible
• Work within a care team model supporting a 4:1 staff-to-patient ratio
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and charting
• Support a high-acuity patient population with complex cases

What You Need

• Active MN RN license and valid CRNA certification
• ACLS and BLS Tier 2 certification (required upon hire)
• Minimum of 1 year anesthesia experience
• Ability to work two consecutive weeks per month during initial months
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient safety
