Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and establish comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions using methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage in individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, ensuring a supportive and respectful environment for all clients.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to facilitate a holistic treatment approach for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
