Staff Accountant

Job Description We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our dynamic team as a full charge bookkeeper/staff accountant. The role will handle a diverse mix of bookkeeping clients including hotels, restaurants, retail, construction, and medical professionals. Tax preparation experience is a plus. Responsibilities Data Entry for Books Client bank reconciliation preparation 1099 and W-2 preparation Payroll and payroll taxes Financial Statement preparation Direct client interaction Preparation of monthly/quarterly/accounting through financial statement preparation (all aspects of accounting) Preparation of Sales Tax Returns Preparations of Workers Compensation Reports Tax Preparation Experience is a plus Qualifications Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience in Public Accounting QuickBooks experience a must Experience with Creative Solutions or similar general ledger software package Computer literate Excellent communication skills QuickBooks, Excel, Microsoft Office Bookkeeping: 3 years Tax Preparation Experience: Preferred Benefits Flexible schedule Paid time off Employment Details Job Type: Full-time Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday; some weekends may be required during busy tax season Work Location: In person Supplemental pay: Bonus opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr Delta Effects, LLC
