Operations Coordinator

Supporting the Dedicated Driver Operational Support Team remotely, the full-time Senior Operations Coordinator will manage scheduling logistics, maintain candidate and training records, and assist with performance administration to ensure efficient recruiting, onboarding, and training processes. Key responsibilities Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain candidate pipeline logistics in partnership with Talent Acquisition Specialists Track and maintain driver performance metrics, flagging trends for attention Organize documentation storage and ensure compliance with naming conventions across recruiting, training, and performance records Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or operations support role, ideally in recruiting or training Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), an ATS, or an LMS is preferred Proven ability to manage a higher volume or complex caseload with minimal oversight Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members Track record of identifying and improving administrative processes and workflows
