Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify a Human Resources Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and supporting a variety of employee and administrative processes.

The Human Resources Coordinator will provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with a range of employee-related processes. This role will help ensure smooth operations by coordinating activities, maintaining records, and supporting various HR initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing administrative support to the Human Resources team
• Coordinating meetings, schedules, and employee communications
• Assisting with onboarding and employee documentation
• Maintaining accurate employee records and data
• Supporting HR programs, projects, and reporting activities
• Responding to employee inquiries and directing requests appropriately
• Helping ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Performing additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications include:

• 1+ year of experience in an administrative, HR, recruiting, or coordinator role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business systems
• Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

Additional details include:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid
