Accounts Payable ClerkWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. This role is essential in ensuring timely and accurate processing of our company's outgoing payments, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and supporting overall financial operations. If you are committed to accuracy and efficiency, we invite you to become a valuable part of our dynamic organization.Key Responsibilities:Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and purchase ordersEnsure all payments are made accurately and on timeReconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepanciesMaintain vendor records and communicate with vendors regarding payment statusAssist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payableMaintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable files and recordsThis position is NOT remote and is in the office Monday - Friday 8am - 5pmSkills and Qualifications:Proven experience as an accounts payable clerk or in a similar roleStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in accounting software and MS Office applicationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of accounting principles and proceduresHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional finance or accounting certification is a plus
