THE POSITION

Goldberg Segalla has an immediate opportunity for an Associate to join our Albany office.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trial. Licensed to practice in New York. Strong writing and strategic thinking skills; has practiced in civil litigation areas such as product liability, general liability, and/or insurance defense.

THE BENEFITS

The annualized salary range for this position is $85,000–$165,000, adjusted based on experience and other job‑related factors permitted by law. Bonuses and a full benefits package.
