Property Accounting Assistant

Company & Position Highlights Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour, based on experience Full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity Join a stable and established property management organization Diverse responsibilities across AP, AR, billing, and accounting support Collaborative team environment with opportunities to work independently Long-term growth potential for the right candidate Fast-paced role with exposure to multiple aspects of property accounting Responsibilities of the Property Accounting Assistant Process invoices, payments, and accounts payable transactions Prepare customer invoices and maintain billing records Post receipts, payments, and account activity within the accounting system Reconcile vendor statements and customer accounts Assist with collections and monitor outstanding balances Maintain vendor files, insurance records, and supporting documentation Support month-end reconciliations and accounting projects Provide professional customer service and administrative support Qualifications of the Property Accounting Assistant 2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, AP, AR, or related roles Experience with billing, reconciliations, and financial recordkeeping Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software Experience with MRI software is highly desirable Property management, real estate, or multi-entity accounting experience is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate professionally with vendors, tenants, and internal teams Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities Please Note: City Personnel offers extended interview hours from 7 AM–7 PM upon request. #J-18808-Ljbffr
