Senior Executive Assistant

IDR is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Louisville, CO. This role provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO within a fast-growing, high-visibility environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic setting, expertly managing complex calendars and travel while partnering with senior stakeholders across the business.


Position Overview for the Senior Executive Assistant:

• Provide dedicated, day-to-day executive support to the CEO, ensuring priorities and commitments are managed with precision and discretion.
• Coordinate complex scheduling across multiple time zones, including frequent interactions with board members, investors, and senior leadership.
• Manage end-to-end travel planning with a high level of urgency and attention to detail, adapting quickly to changes.
• Serve as a trusted point of coordination for high-impact meetings, communications, and executive workflows in a constantly evolving environment.
• Work onsite daily, maintaining strong alignment with the CEO and key stakeholders across the organization.

• 8+ years of executive assistant experience supporting senior executives, including direct support for a CEO.
• Proven expertise coordinating complex travel and scheduling with board members and investors in high-visibility environments.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-growing organization, managing shifting priorities with professionalism and discretion.
• Experience coordinating schedules across US, UK, and Australia time zones.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort working onsite every day.
