We’re looking for an inspiring Senior Product Manager to join our R&D team focused on creating an amazing foundational experience for our Robin users. \n This role is interesting because: You are working on solving problems for customers in order to make their workplace experience better You will have ownership of a large part of the product, with the ability to ship frequently and see real results You are thinking about how to ensure Robin is automating the mundane tasks in the office so people can focus on getting their best work done You are working cross-functionally with other teams to create the best experience for employees and administrators as they complete their jobs-to-be-done with Robin You are qualified if you have: Experience working as a product manager in a B2B SaaS company building products at scale, B2C experience a plus Worked with customers, internal stakeholders, designers, and engineers to define the most impactful problems to solve and deliver solutions that solve those problems Used data and analytics to back up key insights Experience across the product life cycle including research, ideation, launch, and iteration Worked in environments where you need to adapt because the problems to be solved change with regularity Experience with building platforms, preferably with 5+ years working as a product manager as well as knowledge of ML/NLP/AI with proven results How our values show up in this role: Drive : You’re able to motivate and hold your team accountable to deliver solutions quickly that are valued by customers.
