Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, to understand each client's needs comprehensively.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, taking into account their unique backgrounds, goals, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) across individual, couple, family, and group sessions.

• Provide critical crisis intervention services and ensure continuity of care for patients experiencing acute distress by working closely with other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in adherence with regulatory standards.

• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with crucial knowledge and strategies for managing mental health challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to deliver holistic care.

• Conduct regular outcome assessments to gauge the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments based on client progress.

• Stay informed about current trends, research, and best practices in mental health, actively incorporating this knowledge into your clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
