Property Administrator

Endeavor Agency

Endeavor Agency has partnered with a growing commercial real estate owner/operator is seeking a Property Administrator to support day to day operations across a Class A commercial portfolio in the Denver market. This is a highly visible position that works closely with regional property management leadership and offers strong long term growth potential within commercial real estate operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative coordination, tenant interaction, office operations, and hands on exposure to property management functions. Responsibilities Help maintain smooth day to day office operations and support the regional property management team Coordinate office vendors, supplies, conference room setup, and general workplace organization Assist with regional meetings, team functions, and internal events Support preparation of presentations, marketing materials, and tenant communications Serve as a welcoming point of contact for visitors, vendors, and incoming calls Provide administrative support to property management and operations leadership as needed Assist with daily operations across a commercial real estate portfolio Coordinate tenant requests and help ensure timely communication and follow through Support budgeting processes, CAM estimates/reconciliations, and operational reporting Help maintain tenant files, insurance records, vendor documentation, and emergency contacts Coordinate vendor service requests and follow up on property related action items Participate in property walks, inspections, and operational meetings with the management team Assist with tenant move in/move out coordination and general tenant communication Gain exposure to capital projects, tenant improvements, and broader property operations Qualifications 1–3+ years of administrative, operations, customer service, hospitality, or real estate related experience Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail oriented with strong follow through and problem solving ability Comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required Real estate industry exposure and/or Yardi experience is a plus, but not required This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to continue building a career within commercial real estate operations and property management while gaining exposure to a sophisticated ownership environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Endeavor Agency
