Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop personalized therapeutic interventions for clients with diverse needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused counseling to individuals, families, and groups.

• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation in compliance with state laws and ethical standards, utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software for efficient management.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to deliver holistic care tailored to each client's journey.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to remain abreast of the latest developments in mental health practices and research.

Qualifications\n
