• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Pay Rate: $75.00$80.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Night (3x12 Hours), 19:007:30; scheduling is based on the needs of the unit. Absolutely no block schedules can be accommodated. You must have flexibility to start four (4) hours prior to scheduled start time or four (4) hours after scheduled start time based on limited critical department need. Will accept 48s.
• Travel Requirements: Not required
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

This position is for a well-rounded Emergency Department (ED) nurse at a multi-campus facility in Massachusetts. There is a psych holding area in the ED. The nurse will float between the Leominster and Clinton campuses as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the Emergency Department, including a psych holding area.
• Float between Leominster and Clinton campuses as needed.
• Adhere to a patient ratio of 1:5.
• Utilize Epic for all charting.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility, including the ability to start four (4) hours prior to or four (4) hours after scheduled start time based on limited critical department need.
• Work every other weekend and every other holiday as required.

Education Requirements

• Permanent Massachusetts (MA) RN License required
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• PALS certification required

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience required

Required Skills

• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Ability to float between multiple campuses (Leominster & Clinton)
• Flexibility to adjust shift start time by up to four (4) hours earlier or later based on departmental need
• Willingness to accept 48-hour scheduling when applicable
• Availability for every other weekend and holiday coverage

Important Notes

• Candidate will be required to take 2 pass/fail tests at orientation covering telemetry and medication. Failure may result in contract consequences please confirm details with recruiter.
• Start dates beyond July 13 cannot be accepted by the facility.
• July RTO will not be approved unless it is 12 days.
