Family-owned Automotive Supplies Warehouse near Duluth/Norcross, GA seeks an reliable, self motivated, and organized Office / Operations Assistant . Daily tasks include answering customer phone calls, processing purchase orders, and overseeing warehouse shipping/receiving.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel, general computer skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deliver quality customer service
- Ability to multi-task and be proactive
- Comfortable in a hybrid warehouse / office environment
Preferred Skills:
- Order processing, inventory control, and analytics experience
- Some knowledge of shipping and warehousing tasks
- Trade show experience a plus (once a year)
