Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Be Connected Counseling LLC, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Documenting treatment progress and outcomes in a timely manner, adhering to all regulatory and organizational standards.

• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools to facilitate accurate assessments as determined by the clinical framework.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to establish and implement positive behavior support strategies.

• Engaging in the ongoing licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the highest standards of practice.

• Acting as a liaison to various service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to ensure comprehensive client support.

• Maintaining open channels of communication with clients and stakeholders to uphold contract standards and further our community mission.

• Building and nurturing relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to explore potential collaborations, partnerships, and funding opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse population, including individuals struggling with emotional health challenges, those in recovery from substance use disorders, and clients navigating developmental disabilities or effects of brain injuries. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field, demonstrating advanced knowledge in the discipline.

• A current, unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

• Proficiency in maintaining clinical records and generating relevant reports to track client progress.

• The ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team, enhancing collective outcomes.
