The Director of Sales is a key leadership role responsible for driving occupancy and revenue goals across multiple campuses. This position oversees all sales and leasing activities, leads a high-performing team, and ensures a personalized, prospect-centered approach to every interaction. The Director of Sales collaborates closely with marketing and operations to align strategies and deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual sales plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Lead and mentor the sales team, setting performance standards and fostering a positive culture.
• Implement the Prospect-Centered Sales model using Aline CRM for personalized engagement.
• Manage leasing activities from initial contact through move-in, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and lead generation strategies.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, budgets, and forecasts for leadership.
• Represent Fellowship Square at community events and maintain strong relationships with prospects and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 710 years of progressive sales experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in senior living or related industry preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Aline experience a plus).
