Job Details Company: Shaw's Garage Location: Florham Park, NJ Job Title: Snow Equipment Install Tech Pay: $20 - $40 per hour Schedule Choose what fits your life - Seasonal, full-time, or part-time. What Can You Expect As Our Snow Equipment Install Tech? On a full-time, part‑time, or seasonal basis, you will install snowplows, salters, and accessory equipment, complete wiring and controller setups, and troubleshoot hydraulic systems. You will ensure every installation meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards while collaborating with your team to keep operations running smoothly. Our Team Needs You! Qualifications A valid driver's license Experience with Fisher and/or Western Equipment Experience with plow mount and wiring installations across a diverse range of vehicle makes and models Possess tools for equipment installation Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Strong mechanical skills with the ability to accurately read and implement manufacturer installation manuals Ability to safely lift over 75 lbs and thrive in a dynamic shop environment 2+ years of experience in snow equipment installation is preferred Experience installing LED lighting, strobe kits, and auxiliary electrical accessories is preferred Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test. #J-18808-Ljbffr EmergencyMD
