Working remotely as a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent, the full-time position will manage customer inquiries via chat, providing insurance information and resolving issues while ensuring a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities Answer incoming chat communications from customers and resolve their insurance questions Conduct research to provide accurate answers and solutions to customer issues Upsell products or services to existing customers as needed Required qualifications Active Property and Casualty License At least 6 months of customer service experience Strong written communication skills, including grammar and spelling Ability to multi-task, assisting up to two customers concurrently 25 mbps) Virtual Vocations Inc
