Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each individual, including crises management strategies and behavioral guidelines.

• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards by completing accurate documentation in a timely manner, including developing necessary risk assessments and medication treatment plans.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools as part of the clinical evaluation process, ensuring that patients receive appropriate interventions and support.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that align with best practices in mental health care.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, helping to uphold the high standards of our organization.

• Serve as a vital liaison connecting patients to relevant services, state agencies, and community resources to streamline their care experience.

• Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders to enhance the clinic’s operations and promote our organizational mission.

• Forge relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to identify new funding sources and collaborative opportunities for program improvement.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities such as attending conferences and participating in community-wide meetings to deepen expertise in mental health.

• Promote the values and philosophy of Blissful Being throughout all patient interactions and community engagements.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall operational effectiveness of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals experiencing emotional distress, those recovering from substance abuse, and adults with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. Your role will be critical in developing therapeutic relationships that foster healing, growth, and a sense of community among participants.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field is essential.

• Must possess an independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license. If you hold a license from another state, support will be provided for obtaining your Washington state license.
