Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ and families' psychosocial needs, and develop individualized care plans that prioritize their well-being.

• Manage daily responsibilities by organizing and prioritizing tasks related to new, ongoing, and discharged patients, ensuring that each individual's unique requirements are addressed.

• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health conditions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to provide effective therapies.

• Implement brief, solution-focused therapy approaches and harm reduction strategies tailored to the specific challenges faced by clients.

• Offer supportive interventions, including crisis management and bereavement support, to assist clients in navigating difficult life events.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
