Administrative Assistant
Notbohm Motors Auto Group is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Miles City, Montana. This is a part-time position for an individual contributor role. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the members of the team. The ideal candidate for this role is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the team.
- Greet and assist customers, answer phones, and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain files and records, and ensure accuracy of documents.
- Facilitate the purchasing process, including submissions, tracking, and follow-ups.
- Perform standard accounts payable functions.
- Perform monthly payroll processing.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Assist with other special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of administrative experience.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multi-task and remain composed in challenging situations.
- Experienced dealing with confidential information.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug screening.
