About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Head of Program Management for AI to play a pivotal role in driving the responsible adoption and business impact of AI across the enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the program management function, translating AI strategy into execution, and ensuring that AI initiatives are well-governed and adopted at scale. This role demands an enterprise program leader with a proven track record in leading large, complex, and enterprise-wide programs, particularly in the context of strategic technology, data, digital, analytics, automation, or enterprise transformation. The Head of Program Management for AI will be the key orchestrator of execution across various AI initiatives, enablement programs, and cross-functional projects, and must be adept at maintaining portfolio visibility, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and driving the structure needed for timely and responsible execution. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and at least 10 years of program, portfolio, transformation, or strategic initiative leadership experience, or 14 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Essential qualifications include a strong background in AI, data, analytics, technology delivery, and change management, as well as experience in a highly regulated industry. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to influence without direct authority, and a proven ability to manage conflict and build consensus. Experience with Agile, Scaled Agile, and tools such as Jira and SharePoint is essential. The ideal candidate will also have a background in AI, generative AI, machine learning, data science, analytics, automation, or emerging technology programs, and experience in driving enterprise change management and adoption for new technology capabilities.
