HR Reporting Analyst

HR Reporting AnalystJoin the U.S. Bank Workforce Analytics team as an HR Reporting Analyst. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating HR reports to support reporting projects that gather and integrate resources and business data. The HR Reporting Analyst will assist in the creation of Workday Reporting – both Custom Reports and templates. You may also train on and support ServiceNow or legacy tool reporting and leverage BI tools like Power BI to tell a story with the data.The person in this position will be processing requests received through U.S. Bank's case management system, ServiceNow. This position will also be a critical partner to the Business Analysts on the Workforce Analytics team by helping with requirements gathering or user acceptance testing (UAT). The person in this position will need to be able to work independently and under minimal supervision.Key responsibilities:Process Workday report requests received through U.S. Bank's case management systemCollaborate with business partners to prioritize requests/needsPartner with Workforce Business AnalystsCollaborate with various partners to provide a holistic view of the analysis (examples: Product Management, HR Business Partners, Risk Management, etc.)Present data and analysis in a clear and concise manner allowing the audience to quickly understand the results and recommendations so they activate upon them and make data driven decisions. Pay Range: $86,360.00 - $101,600.00
