  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans that align with their unique circumstances.

  • Implement effective therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions, while continuously evaluating client progress and adapting plans as necessary.

  • Maintain accurate, confidential records that comply with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring data integrity and security for all client information.

  • Collaborate proactively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists, educators, and parents, to develop cohesive plans supporting the student’s overall well-being.

  • Stay informed about current research, trends, and best practices in psychosocial interventions to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on students in the K-12 educational system who are experiencing behavioral and emotional challenges. This population often seeks assistance for issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and other life stressors that impact their academic performance and social interactions. By employing trauma-informed care, you will play a crucial role in helping students develop coping strategies and resilience.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  • An active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of Georgia.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a passion for working collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Experience working in a school setting, providing services to children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n
