Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status using validated assessment tools.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients' specific needs, goals, and progress.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy sessions.

• Monitor clients' progress through regular check-ins and adapt treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support as necessary to clients experiencing acute distress.
\n
• Maintain organized, accurate, and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, working closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals to provide holistic care.

• Stay informed about the latest in mental health research and treatments to continuously improve your practice.

• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development to enhance your therapeutic skills.

• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and professional standards set by relevant licensing boards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW or equivalent).

Preferred Experience\n
