$26.00 per hour + Overtime + Monthly KPI Bonus (~$150-$250/month)

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm

What You’ll Do:

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone and email, delivering outstanding service with speed and accuracy
• Process orders accurately and efficiently – order entry must be completed within 20 minutes and maintained at fewer than 12 errors per month
• Process invoice adjustments and coordinate deliveries to ensure a seamless customer experience end to end
• Answer incoming calls within 3 seconds – responsiveness is a core expectation of this role
• Work cross-functionally with internal departments to resolve issues, address concerns, and prevent customer-impacting problems
• Track and maintain performance metrics – you’ll have visibility into your own KPIs and be accountable for hitting them

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service background with a track record of delivering excellent customer satisfaction
• Critical thinker with a natural curiosity and problem-solving mindset – you dig into issues rather than passing them along
• Calm under pressure – you handle high-stress interactions and situations with composure and professionalism
• Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with order processing systems and computer applications
• Basic understanding of accounting fundamentals and inventory concepts is a plus; bookkeeping or warehouse experience also valued
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments
• Comfortable in an open-office, fast-paced, fully onsite environment
• A critical thinking assessment and data entry test will be completed as part of the hiring process
