Tenant AR Specialist — Rent & Payments

About the Role This role involves managing tenant accounts, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial record. Responsibilities Manage tenant accounts and ensure timely collection of rent and other fees. Process payments and maintain accurate financial records. Communicate with tenants regarding account inquiries and payment issues. Prepare and distribute monthly statements to tenants. Assist in the preparation of financial reports as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree in accounting or finance preferred. Required Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Skills Experience in property management accounting. Knowledge of Sage accounting software. Pay range and compensation package The pay range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
