Junior Sous Chef

We're looking for a Junior Sous Chef who is passionate about food, hungry to grow, and ready to help lead a dynamic culinary team.
We want you to love what you do and do what you love.
Requirements
- Support daily kitchen operations and lead during service
- Execute seasonal menus with consistency and creativity
- Train and mentor line cooks and prep team
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and organization
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Collaborate with FOH to deliver an exceptional guest experience
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years kitchen experience (lead line or supervisor preferred)
- Strong work ethic and team-first mindset
- Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
