About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for one of its hospitals. The CEO will be responsible for the overall management of the hospital's operations and resources, with a primary focus on achieving the organization's mission of providing the highest quality services. The successful candidate will be expected to engage with the local community, including industry, government, and healthcare providers, to foster positive relationships and promote the hospital's services. Leadership skills are essential, as the CEO will be tasked with managing staff, promoting inclusiveness, and driving quality improvement initiatives. Candidates for the CEO position should have a Master’s degree in a related field, with a preference for healthcare or business administration, and at least 5 years of experience in hospital leadership or a similar role in the healthcare industry. A proven track record in corporate planning, development, and multi-hospital operations is required. The role demands a leader with strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, who can effectively engage in strategic planning and organize complex issues. The ideal candidate will have a background in rehabilitation or long-term acute care and be adept at promoting a culture of customer service, safety, and compliance with health and safety standards.
