We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Analyst to drive rigor around targets and numbers, and build the operational cadence needed to get sales leadership the data they need to review, on the frequency they need it - running the analysis across the global business to spot strengths and weaknesses and surface those insights, leveraging AI to scale this across the GTM organization.

Responsibilities

• Create and scale operational rigor with sales leadership, leveraging AI to streamline processes, surface insights faster, and drive consistency across the GTM organization
• Work with the global sales management team to enhance business understanding, tracking, and achievements
• Partner with Sales Strategy, Finance and leadership to support annual Sales plan modeling and capacity modeling for Sales
• Own the regional quarterly pipeline council, including agenda, cadence, and follow-through on action items with sales leadership
• Build and maintain the QBR template, ensuring consistency and quality of reporting across regions
• Provide recommendations and actions, based on strategic objectives, forecasts, and performance metrics
• Develop bottoms up pipeline targets and calculators to assist in tracking and attainment of sales KPIs
• Perform ad-hoc analysis across multiple data sets and tools
• Develop a cadence with GTM teams to review KPIs and drive outcomes as a team
• Deliver data, insight, and action to sales leadership in a scalable, digestible format
• Strong command of data accuracy and integrity, with the ability to translate raw numbers into clear, actionable insight
• Ability to move quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed with precision

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Sales Operations Analyst role within the SaaS industry. Cyber Security experience preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software. Salesforce experience is a must
• Proficient in Clari or other forceasting tool and Claude
• Excellent documentation management and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to communicate effectively
