Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

Hands-on accounting/finance role assisting with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Month-End Close, Financial Analysis, etc.
Heavy account reconciliations
Create and deliver financial reports to company leadership
Communicate in Spanish with overseas vendors, clients, partners
Assist Controller and VP of Finance with P&L Analysis
Assist in managing 3 to 4 direct reports within Accounting Dept.

Requirements

BA in Accounting or Finance.
Masters Degree preferred
5 to 10+ years accounting experience performing full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, Account Reconciliations, Year-End Close, Financial Statement prep, xhyhwjd etc.)
Advanced Excel experience (macros, pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.) preferred
Ability to work 100% In-Office (Coral Gables) 5 days/week
Bilingual Spanish preferred
Well-versed in GAAP
