What You'll Do

• Provide expert clinical care to newborns in Level II and Level III NICUs
• Utilize advanced neonatal technologies, including body cooling and inhaled nitric oxide
• Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists, including surgeons and maternal-fetal medicine
• Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Support and educate nursing and ancillary staff
• Engage in teaching and mentoring opportunities
• Contribute to a team dedicated to excellence in neonatal care

What You Need

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Neonatologist
• Valid medical license in Nevada or eligible for licensing
• 2+ years of NICU experience preferred
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
