We're committed to excellence and customer satisfaction, and we're looking for dedicated professionals to join our dynamic team.We are growing and looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven Business Development Representative to expand our referral network and drive consistent revenue.Position OverviewThis is a field-based, outside sales role focused on building and maintaining strong referral relationships. You will be on the road daily, meeting with insurance agents, plumbers, contractors, property managers, and other industry professionals who can refer property damage losses to Romexterra.Success in this role is measured by daily activity, relationship depth, and revenue generated.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct 15–20 in-person stops per day with referral partners across ChicagolandBuild, manage, and maintain 25–300 active referral relationshipsDevelop long-term partnerships that consistently generate mitigation and reconstruction opportunitiesIdentify new referral sources and expand existing accountsAttend industry events, client outings, and networking opportunitiesPlan efficient daily routes to maximize productivity (company vehicle provided)Work closely with marketing and operations to align messaging and executionTrack activity, referrals, and forecasts using CRM toolsMonitor market trends, competitors, and opportunities for growthWhat We're Looking ForProven success in outside sales, business development, or relationship-based rolesComfortable with daily field activity and high-volume in-person visitsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, disciplined, and results-drivenAble to work independently while collaborating with a teamComfortable using CRM systems and Google WorkspaceExperience in restoration, insurance, or home services is strongly preferredValid driver's license requiredCompensation & BenefitsCompensationBase Salary: $55,000–$70,000First-Year OTE: $85,000–$105,000Second-Year OTE: $115,000–$130,000+Top Performers: $140,000+Commission Structure (Transparent)3% of total mitigation and contents sales from your referral network1% of total reconstruction/repair sales from your referral networkPerformance-based bonus tiers tied to total sales volumePerformance review after 90 days, then annually.Health, vision, and dental insurance401(k) with company match up to 6%8 paid holidays, 5 vacation days, and 3 sick daysBirthday leaveParental leave (2 weeks)VASA gym membershipVehicle providedRelocation assistance is available on a case-by-case basis.Join Our TeamRomexterra is growing fast and looking for top-tier restoration professionals who want to build long-term success in an organization that rewards performance and integrity.
