Administrative Receptionist - Contract Opportunity

Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Receptionist for a contract opportunity with one of their reputable clients in Maryland. This role is perfect for an individual who is looking to gain valuable experience, build their professional network, and potentially secure a long-term or permanent position.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Manage and organize the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and presentable.
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Provide general administrative support to the office staff as required.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
Required Work Hours
Monday through Friday, during 1st shift hours.
