Machine Operators

Machine Operators, $20-$25/hr based on experience

1st shift 7am-3:30pm....................................................$20-25

2nd shift 3pm-11:30pm (10% differential)...........$22-27.50

3rd shift 11pm-7:30am (15% differential)............$23-28.75

Bonus opportunity: $3,000 after 3 months | $5,000 after 6 months

Responsibilities

Operate and manage extrusion machinery effectively.
Ensure production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Perform assembly tasks as needed.
Utilize hand and power tools safely.
Maintain high standards of quality in production output.

Essential Skills

Mechanically inclined with a strong understanding of machinery.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Basic math skills for accurate measurement and calculation.
Familiarity with extrusion processes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Grafton, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
