THE GIST:
Our client, San Francisco-based venture capital firm specializing in seed stage funding for tech startups, seeks a razor-sharp Executive Assistant to support two partners. The ideal candidate will be proactively engaged in all day-to-day executive administrative responsibilities, while demonstrating a superior level of poise, meticulous attention to detail, and unparalleled follow through. Must have experience supporting executive in venture capital, finance, and/or an early stage tech startup.

THE NITTY GRITTY:
- Strategically manage Partners' complex calendars, arrange meetings, and schedule appointments
- Maximize and prioritize the Partners' time & schedule
- Plan firm meetings & events and act as day-of point person
- Compose briefing materials, presentations, and meeting agendas
- Handle incoming & outgoing email communications with discretion, confidentiality, and urgency
- Coordinate domestic & international travel
- Document meeting minutes for internal & external meetings
- Process expense reports and invoices
- Proofread & edit reports, memos, and correspondences
- Cohesively collaborate with other administrative staff & EAs
- Assist with various administrative tasks and projects, as needed
THE ESSENTIALS:
- 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Previous experience working in private equity, venture capital, investment management and/or tech required
- Ability to respond to urgent matters outside of regular business hours
- Stellar attention to detail and aptitude for catching even the most minor of discrepancies
- Exceptional writing skills
- Ability to see a project or task through from start to finish – crossing every t and dotting every i!
- Polished and professional communication style
- Ability to manage a wide variety of tasks with competing priorities
- Reliable & resourceful nature
- Service-oriented mindset and eagerness to contribute to the collective success of the firm
