Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients seeking outpatient care, utilizing telehealth platforms for remote sessions.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gain insights into clients’ relational dynamics and mental health needs, allowing for the formulation of personalized treatment plans with clear, achievable goals.

• Employ family systems theory and systemic interventions to address complex family dynamics, improve communication patterns, and alleviate relational stressors.

• Offer immediate support and crisis intervention during sessions, ensuring client and family safety in times of acute distress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, progress notes, and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards, including HIPAA compliance.

• Educate clients on effective social and emotional skills, such as communication strategies, conflict resolution techniques, and coping mechanisms to enhance their overall relational well-being.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide holistic and integrated care tailored to each client's needs.

• Stay informed on the latest research, trends, and best practices in marriage and family therapy, participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. We address numerous issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and family conflicts. As an LMFT with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work closely with both adult and child/adolescent populations, tailoring your therapeutic approaches to meet their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy strongly preferred.

• At least three years of relevant clinical experience in outpatient services.

• Solid interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

• A strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality in all client interactions.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a collaborative clinical team.

• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client needs and availability for evening and weekend sessions if necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
