Office Services Clerk

Office Services Clerk Pay Range: $22.00/hour Type of Position: Full Time Location: Century City, California Job Description The Office Services Clerk supports the entire firm by providing administrative assistance to every department. The role requires a reliable, hard‑working, self‑motivated individual who learns quickly and thrives in a fast‑paced environment under the direction of the Office Manager. Key Responsibilities Coordinate mail flow in and out of the office, receiving and distributing daily mail and deliveries Sort, process, and file large volumes of legal documents and healthcare forms Review incoming faxes Assist with supply inventory Collaborate with the Operations team to provide feedback that supports long‑term success of the Office Services department Qualifications Excellent time‑management and written and verbal communication skills Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast‑paced environment Computer Skills Knowledge of internet software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software is required.
