Lease Administrator

Managing lease administration functions remotely, the full-time Lease Administrator will serve as the main point of contact for clients, oversee lease agreements, and ensure effective communication and reporting for small to midsized accounts. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison for clients and internal stakeholders regarding lease administration matters Track and communicate critical lease information, including expirations and option exercise dates Prepare and lead regular meetings to present portfolio updates and performance reports to clients Required qualifications Associates or Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or a related field preferred At least 3 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or property management Experience with commercial real estate database applications such as WorkTrac or similar systems Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
