Step into a rewarding contract opportunity serving two middle schools as an Occupational Therapist. This full-time position begins as soon as possible, with hours from 7:45 am to 3:15 pm, Monday through Friday. There’s also flexibility for candidates seeking part-time roles. You’ll become part of a dynamic group of eight Occupational Therapists committed to supporting students and staff.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license for school-based practice
• Prior experience with middle school populations is highly valued
• Familiarity with MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) and IEP development
• Strong assessment and evaluation skills for determining special education eligibility
• Collaborative approach to teamwork and student support

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services at two onsite middle school buildings
• Conduct initial assessments and re-evaluations for special education qualification
• Participate in building-level team meetings
• Support and develop MTSS and IEP plans, working closely with educators and families
• Consult with staff to help students generalize skills across classroom settings
• Maintain documentation and compliance with district and regulatory requirements
