Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries while delivering empathetic and effective treatment.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate their progress, discuss their stability, and plan for future appointments and discharges as appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and actively monitor personalized treatment plans that align with each client's individual needs and goals.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress notes for all clients in accordance with confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Provide comprehensive intake assessments to new clients, helping to understand their unique challenges and treatment requirements.

• Engage in weekly individual sessions, ensuring a consistent, supportive experience for each client.

• Participate in individual supervision to continually enhance your skills and clinical reasoning.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to coordinate holistic care for clients and ensure the best outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse outpatient population including adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. Through telehealth services, you'll have the unique opportunity to reach clients who might otherwise face barriers in accessing traditional mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• At least one year of post-graduate clinical experience, particularly in an outpatient setting.

• Proficient in utilizing technology, including RMS systems, Excel, and email platforms to manage client information effectively.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families in a clinical setting.

• Comfortable and skilled in conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans.
