Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to assess client needs, including investigations into their criminal and substance use history.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and psychotherapy, adapting techniques to suit varying physical and emotional environments.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals and support staff to accurately diagnose and manage complex psychiatric disorders.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, writing detailed clinical reports and tracking patient progress.

• Maintain open lines of communication with clients and care teams, ensuring comprehensive understanding and collaboration throughout the treatment process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will focus on a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples. Our clients are often dealing with issues like trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, and relationship strain. Your ability to provide individualized care that addresses each client's unique circumstances will be essential in helping them achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in counseling, psychology, or a closely related field, with a specialization in Licensed Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC).

• Active LPCC license issued by the California Board of Behavioral Science.

• A minimum of three years of direct patient care experience, with at least one year of continuous LPCC practice in a public or private institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually.
