Job Description:
- We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support AI-driven initiatives across our Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) organization.
- This individual will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, helping translate business needs into scalable, secure, and impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.
- Analyze and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, ensuring alignment from ideation through implementation.
- Assess business problems and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
- Support solution design in collaboration with architects and developers.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of GTM processes and operations within an enterprise SaaS environment.
- Experience working with Salesforce and other GTM applications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across business and technical teams.
- Familiarity with AI-powered and low-code/no-code ("vibe-coded") applications.
- Understanding of enterprise security, governance, integrations, and data management considerations.
- Proven ability to analyze and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira.
- Experience serving as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams.
- Ability to assess business problems, identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions, and support solution design in collaboration with architects and developers.
