AP Manager

Salary: USD28 - USD45 per hour + DOE Our client, a growing apparel and e-commerce company, is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to join its finance team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in Coupa and an ERP system such as NetSuite, along with a strong foundation in accounts payable processes within a fast-paced environment. Must-Have Accounts Payable management/leadership experience Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP Background in fast-paced, high-growth environments Key Responsibilities Oversee AP operations and payment processes Ensure PO compliance and approval workflows Manage vendor onboarding and vendor relationships Review payments, invoice coding, and expense reporting Reconcile AP and RNI/RNB accounts Support month-end close, accruals, and 1099 reporting Maintain AP policies, procedures, and SOX compliance Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Finance, Operations, HR, and other departments Preferred Background Apparel, retail, e-commerce, or consumer products Experience improving AP processes and workflows Coupa Pay and Coupa Travel & Expense experience a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
