Documentation Specialist

Providing essential support to the MRO division, the full-time Documentation Specialist will manage the follow-up and review of donor information related to positive drug testing results while maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent client service in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Monitor and follow up on MRO requests for documentation from donors to determine final test results Contact healthcare professionals to verify prescriptions and medications, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete Enter documentation into the MRO computer system promptly and alert MRO of any unusual findings or discrepancies Required qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred 1 year of related MRO experience, medical, or pharmacy preferred Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills Ability to work independently and show initiative once trained
