Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.00 per hour Shift: 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday What’s a typical day as Concierge? You’ll be: Greeting and directing visitors to the appropriate company representatives. Administering intake sign-in logs and exit satisfaction surveys to visitors. Scheduling 1:1 consultation appointments for licensed and certified staff as needed. Answering all incoming calls promptly and professionally, and accurately transferring calls. Performing clerical duties including light filing and data entry. Organizing and maintaining up-to-date corporate information and telephone listings. Keeping the reception area stocked with current brochures, newsletters, and event calendars. Receiving and distributing mail, packages, supplies, and other deliveries. Performing additional duties as assigned. This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You Have an associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bring receptionist or customer service experience in a workplace of 50+ employees. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and outstanding customer service skills. Are well-organized with strong attention to detail. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can multitask efficiently. Have a professional, enthusiastic, and positive attitude. Possess working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
