The Vice President will also be a culture champion, ensuring alignment between the company's vision and restaurant execution, and will work closely with various teams including operations, culinary, marketing, finance, human resources, supply chain, development, and construction. Applicants for the Vice President of Restaurant Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' of executive-level leadership experience in the restaurant industry, with a proven track record of success in leading multi-unit operations and scaling restaurant brands.
