About the Role
The Company is in need of a Senior PM / VP of Operations with a strong background in civil construction, particularly in heavy highway, sitework, underground utilities, and paving. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams and projects to success, with a history of progressive leadership and a stable work history. This role requires a professional with at least 10 years of experience in the field, a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline, and a demonstrated ability to manage large and complex projects and teams. Key responsibilities for the Senior PM / VP of Operations include overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role also involves fostering a positive and productive work environment, maintaining excellent communication with all stakeholders, and upholding the company's values and culture. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a strong leader, and be adept at problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
