Founding Enterprise Lead

In the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem, we have carved out a distinct set of offerings that addresses the core marketing challenges of large enterprise players. An AI-native marketing agency that produces studio-quality content at 10% of the cost and 5x the velocity of traditional agencies; an enablement arm to upskill lagging branding, marketing and creative teams; and a proprietary Agency-as-a-Service tech suite that automates repeatable marketing tasks across the full production lifecycle. After ten months in-market, our traction is proven and our velocity is increasing exponentially. What you'll do: Own end-to-end delivery for 2-3 enterprise accounts (incl. campaign production, marketing enablement and agentic tool deployment) Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client counterparties across your accounts, lead key meetings and manage feedback loop with broader creative team Lead a team of creative associates & editors and facilitate their development and professional growth Shape the organic growth strategy for your enterprise accounts Design and stand up flagship proofs of concept for retail media (e.g., agentic creative production, automated PDP imagery, content hyper-localization) Partner with the Product/Tech team to build agents, prompt libraries, templates and best practices that keep us at the forefront of content generation Collaborate directly with DreamReal’s executive team and shape our overarching strategy This role is for you if you have: 5+ years of experience in consulting, brand management, marketing or professional services 2+ years of leadership experience in environments with lean teams working to deliver high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines Comfort with ambiguous settings and an entrepreneurial mentality where getting your hands dirty and learning new tools is table-stakes Eagerness to play at the cutting edge of GenAI Understanding of the creative side of marketing and strong visual & narrative skills Nice-to-have: An eye for the visual (e.g., photography, painting, film, design, content creation) through formal training or as a hobbyist Compensation: Compensation for this role consists of: Performance bonus: Up to 50% of Base Salary #J-18808-Ljbffr
